Shipping policy.

Where we ship

We ship within the continental United States: the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or outside the United States.

Who ships your order

Orders are packed and shipped from within the United States by our fulfillment partner, a third-party company that works for us.

When it ships

Orders placed by 4pm ET, Monday to Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after 4pm ET, on weekends or on federal holidays ship the next business day.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. We email your tracking number the moment your order ships. Can't find it? See Track your order.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after they ship. Delivery times are set by the carrier and aren't guaranteed, especially during holidays and bad weather.

Shipping costs

Orders of $150 or more ship free, after discounts and before tax. Orders under $150 ship for a flat $10. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Packaging

Orders ship in plain, discreet outer packaging. The COA for each batch in your order comes in the box. Please store each product as its label says as soon as it arrives.

Your address

Please check your shipping address carefully. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away: we can change it only before the order ships. If a package is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it, but you'll need to pay the reshipping cost.

Large orders

Large orders may require a signature from an adult aged 21 or over on delivery.

Title and risk

Ownership of your order, and the risk of loss, pass to you when it's handed to the carrier. We still help if it's lost or damaged on the way, as our Returns Policy explains.

Damaged or lost orders

Contact us within 7 days of delivery, or if your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping. Our Returns Policy explains how we help.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale orders follow this policy unless your wholesale account agreement says otherwise.
